Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in this policy and any mandatory rights that apply in your state or country.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You may do so by sending a clear written statement to:

Your notification must include:

• Your full name and contact details
• Your order reference number
• A clear statement of your decision to withdraw
• The date of your order (and date of delivery, if known)

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be:

• Returned in its original, unopened and intact packaging
• In the same condition as delivered
• Accompanied by the return notification as described in Section 2

Important: For hygiene and health protection reasons, dietary supplement products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

4. Returning the Product

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

Return shipment costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered in error or is defective. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund, except where applicable return shipping costs are deducted in accordance with Section 4.

We reserve the right to withhold refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable law, which can include replacement, refund, or other corrective action. Please contact us within a reasonable period of discovering the issue:

Please include a description of the defect and, where possible, photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by us.

7. Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Products with a broken hygiene seal (as outlined in Section 3)
• Products that have been partially consumed (opened capsules)
• International orders where different regulations and shipping constraints apply
